The difference
Typical
A tar patch on the shingle. Water still reaches the deck, the insulation, and the ceiling.
A Plus
Documented inspection, then the right fix — a lasting repair or a full replacement to code, with flashing that turns water.
What we put on
Architectural shingles from IKO, GAF, Owens Corning, Malarkey, and CertainTeed, with ice-and-water at the eaves and underlayment on the field.
Hidden-fastener panels built for ice and wind. A strong fit for steep pitches and homes done replacing shingles every fifteen years.
Membrane on the low sections, shingles or metal on the steep — one house, one system that drains.
What we look at
Chimneys, sidewalls, skylights, and step flashing. Most leaks start at these transitions, not in the field.
Where two pitches meet, and where water leaves the roof. Thin metal here means the deck is next.
Soft spots, wet sheathing, skipped ice-and-water. We don't roof over rot.
Soffit intake and ridge exhaust. A sealed attic cooks shingles from below and can void the warranty.
What we do
Full tear-off and replacement in architectural shingle, standing-seam metal, or silicone on low-slope sections. Deck repairs are part of the job.
Wind, hail, and active leaks. We tarp when water is coming in, then repair the failed course — not a surface patch.
Photographed inspection and a written scope your adjuster can work from. Local crew, not a storm-chaser pitch.
How it works
We walk the roof, attic, and walls. Photos, moisture, flashing, valleys, and deck — a report an adjuster can use.
Repair the failed course or replace the system. We walk you through both, including likely insurance coverage.
Tear-off, underlayment, ice-and-water, then shingles, panels, or membrane. Flashing is finished last, on purpose.
Our work
Why A Plus
Veteran-owned. Every roof is treated like it covers our own house.
Ice-and-water, underlayment, flashing, and fasteners installed to code.
Workmanship warranty on every job, in addition to manufacturer coverage on the shingles or panels.
Active leaks and storm damage get a same-day tarp when we can get on the roof, then a documented repair.
Get started
Free inspection. We walk the roof, document what failed, and explain the fix.
